Backup & Archiving Administrator (Scality ARTESCA)

Main Mission: ensure data protection and backup compliance using Scality Artesca.

Responsibilities

• Object storage administration (S3 compatible)
• Backup policy configuration (retention, versioning)
• Backup pipeline management for VATES VMs
• Daily job monitoring, dashboards, KPIs
• Regular restore tests (RTO/RPO)
• Object and cluster integrity management
• Collaboration with NetApp (SnapMirror to S3)
• Incident analysis and resolution (backup/restore)

Key Skills

• Scality Artesca, S3 object storage
• DR/BCP understanding
• S3 API automation
