The role of Senior Account Manager within the Atos UCC Division is a key role in the business. Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) technologies are now more business critical than ever before and Atos is well placed to maximise the growth of this market with our diverse and category leading portfolio which is both founded on Unify solutions but also that of our partners, Ring Central, Nice In-Contact and Microsoft to name just a few.

As with all technologies, the evolution of Cloud / Cloud as a service is a hot topic and our portfolio is centred on assisting clients through our many years of expertise in our clients markets to migrate from legacy technologies and services that may have been in place on premise for many years into more resilient and functional cloud based service delivery.

This role is as a creator of new business in the areas of UCC, Contact Centre and all associated product & services, covering both Public and Private sector vertical markets targeting mid to large size organisations which can either be existing or known clients of Atos and also new logo.

Key activities:

  • To be the key driver and accept ownership for bringing opportunities to closure and meeting assigned target objectives
  • To drive the adoption of Atos UCC into the identified Atos Industries through contact with end user senior management and technical influencers
  • Convert users of competitors equipment to Atos UCC Portfolio
  • Win large net new business opportunities for Atos UCC
  • Develop and execute revenue driven sales strategies and business plans
  • Develop a close partnership with identified vertical targets and existing reference customers to ensure that the benefits of the complete range of Atos UCC products are understood and communicated at all levels within the account
  • Monitor the market, maintaining an awareness of competitor activity and recommending appropriate counter measures which will enable Atos UCC to retain market leadership
  • Ensure administrative activity (forecasting, account planning, sales documentation etc.) is completed to the required standards.
  • Ensure that the Atos brand is visible at appropriate vertical events, further enhancing the opportunity to engage target customers.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of selling telecommunications products and services into Belgium Enterprise markets
  • Extensive experience in relationship management and major account management experience in a professional organisation
  • Experience in direct ICT/IPT solution sales to large accounts
  • Exposure to indirect sales through channels is beneficial but not essential
  • Structured and strategic approach to business planning
  • Experience of structured sales techniques spanning the entire sales cycle
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to promote and sell the Atos offer
  • Target driven, possessing passion and a commitment to exceed sales targets, and a consistent record of having done so
  • Ability to identify potential acquisition targets and bring these deals to closure
  • Articulate verbally and in writing, a good communicator and presenter
  • Able to respond to requests for information, invitations to tender etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels within and user prospects and clients
  • Ability to show leadership when handling the potentially challenging requirements of customers, the business and the technology
  • Self-driven, motivated, high work rate and able to work independently. #LI-PK1
