We are looking for a colleague to join our team who will be responsible for project coordination specifically in the public sector or commercial sphere.

The main responsibilities will include: 

• Coordinating the project team
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget 
• Coordinating a detailed project plan to track progress 
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed
• Building relationships with clients and all stakeholders
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. 

Candidate Requirements:

• Education level: University degree (bachelor’s level or higher) 
• Language skills: English – Upper-intermediate (B2), Slovak – Fluent 
• Driving license: Category B

This will help demonstrate your proven experience in software development projects, especially in the public sector or commercial sphere, and your ability to manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Personal Requirements and Skills: 

• At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects is essential
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and pleasant demeanor
• Presentation skills
• Analytical thinking
• Leadership abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Project management certification such as IPMA, PRINCE2, SCRUM, or similar is highly welcomed.
• Demonstrable experience in software development projects in the public sector or commercial sphere
• Proven experience with both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies
