We are looking for a colleague to join our team who will be responsible for project coordination specifically in the public sector. The main responsibilities will include: 

• Collect, analyze and transform business requirements into functional solution designs.
• Apply knowledge of the software development lifecycle when designing and preparing solutions.
• Communicate with clients and the development team and lead analytical/consultation meetings.
• Independently drive projects to successful completion with a strong focus on results and accountability.
• Participate in designing solutions and coordinate their implementation for the client.
• Contribute to shaping innovations within projects – your ideas will be heard and implemented.
• Work on projects that genuinely improve the functioning of public administration and have a social impact. 

Candidate Requirements:

Education level - University degree (bachelor’s level or higher) 

Language skills 
English – Upper-intermediate (B2) 
Slovak – Fluent 

Personal Requirements and Skills: 

• At least 5 years of experience in IT business analysis or solution consulting.
• Experience with public sector projects or eGovernment projects it's a must.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Slovak.
• Knowledge of integration processes and standards.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to collaborate with both development and testing teams.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, or similar are an advantage.
• Responsibility, proactivity and business-oriented thinking.
• Ability to think in context and independently design solutions that work in practice.
