We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Senior Network Expert with proven experience in Cisco ACI, MPLS Traffic Engineering, and Secure Access solutions like Cisco ISE and Network Access Control (NAC). This role is critical in designing and securing advanced network architectures across data centers, WAN, and user access domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage complex Cisco ACI environments with Spine-Leaf topologies.
• Configure and optimize MPLS networks, including Traffic Engineering (TE), QoS, and LDP/RSVP protocols.
• Implement and maintain Cisco ISE for identity-based access control and policy enforcement.
• Deploy Network Access Control (NAC) strategies across wired and wireless infrastructure.
• Create scalable micro-segmentation strategies using ACI contracts and endpoint groups (EPGs).
• Integrate ACI with ISE for dynamic policy assignment and user/device posture control.
• Operate and secure Cisco Nexus platforms (9K), ASRs, and ISR routers.
• Participate in high-availability designs and DR planning for critical network services.
• Troubleshoot complex routing and segmentation issues across LAN/WAN/DC.
• Provide architectural input on secure remote access (VPN, 802.1X, AnyConnect).
• Document all designs, configurations, and changes in HLD/LLD and operational guides.
• Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in audits, compliance efforts, and network hardening.

• Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in advanced network engineering roles.
• In-depth expertise with Cisco ACI, including fabric configuration, multi-pod, and multi-site.
• Strong experience with MPLS, RSVP-TE, LDP, and BGP/OSPF/IS-IS.
• Proven experience designing and deploying Cisco ISE for centralized identity and posture control.
• Hands-on with 802.1X, RADIUS, NAC, profiling, and guest access portals.
• Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols and datacenter designs (VXLAN, EVPN).
• Ability to integrate ISE with endpoints, AD, MDM, and external identity providers.
• Experience with Cisco Prime Infrastructure, DNA Center, or other NAC/ISE monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and network segmentation strategies.

Preferred Certifications:

• CCNP Enterprise / CCNP Security / CCNP Data Center
• CCIE (Enterprise, Security, or Service Provider) – highly desirable
• Cisco Certified Specialist: ACI, ISE, or SDA
• Cisco DevNet or automation certs are a plus (Python/Ansible focus)

• Experience with Cisco DNA Center, SD-WAN
• Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain NATO SECRET clearance or equivalent.
• Travel: Occasional travel may be required for on-premises implementation, testing, and assessments.
