Responsabilities

• Interact with customers to define project features and requirements.
• Perform design and development of RPA solutions. Resolve solution defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Utilize established development tools (UiPath Studio, Power Platform, etc), guidelines, and conventions
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action
• Create technical test plans
• Conduct solution business testing based on test cases and test plans.
• Works collaboratively with Project Manager/Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery of project.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts and business process owner to ensure that the developed solution meets technical requirements and client needs.
• Prepare technical documents as per established project standards.
• Research and develop prototypes of design solutions.
• Monitor application performance at post-deployment stage and make necessary changes if needed.
• Develop and implement minor or major changes to RPA solution.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar with focus on software development

Preferred Skills

• At least 3-5 years hands-on experience with UiPath (experience with Power Platform is nice to have)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices, e.g. SOA will be a plus
• A keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Clean, efficient coder
• English – B2 (upper-intermediate)
