Job Purpose

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to support our client's digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into data-driven solutions and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven decision making.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze large datasets and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and data engineers to implement reporting solutions.
• Create and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of BI solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with Power BI (Desktop and Service).
• Excellent knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of business process analysis and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English language skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or other cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Python knowledge for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Shared Service environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
