En Atos Colombia, empresa líder en servicios de consultoría y soluciones tecnológicas, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Soporte Técnico IT Onsite para importante cliente multinacional.
Las habilidades del puesto son las siguientes:
- Especialista en reparación y mantenimiento de PC y Notebooks.
- Experiencia de 3 años, aproximadamente en posiciones similares.
- Experiencia en migración de sistemas operativos (idealmente de Windows 10 a Windows 11).
- Brindar soporte basado en SO Windows y Office 365.
- Administración de Active Directory (No excluyente).
- Conocimientos básicos de Redes TCP/IP.
- Experiencia en Sistema de monitoreo de enlaces y servicios (No excluyente).
- Conocimiento de Herramientas de administración de tickets.
De Lunes a Viernes, horario central.
Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial. (Bogotá).
