CCaaS /UCaaS Specialist Business Development Manager - Remote role - US
The opportunity:
The UCaaS Business Development Manager will play a leading role in driving market engagements across the Communications Marketplace.
Key responsibility is the sale of the Atos Unify Portfolio with special focus on Cloud Contact Center in one or more specific Industry Verticals through USA. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a business hunter attitude with a focus on new business across the Communication marketplace. In addition, you will work closely with existing Atos Account Managers to drive Unify portfolio sales within both the existing Atos customer base and new customer Your role will be to find it, win it, and to lead opportunities and through to closure!
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting, engaging and selling complex Communications Portfolio opportunities at C-level across the territory.
• Create and take a market, customer base driven, or partner generated leads through the sales cycle into a qualified opportunity and ultimate closure
• Build and manage pipeline, sales activity and accurate forecasting
• Working within the Portfolio and Business Development Managers team you will be one of the primaries go to people for the opportunities on the designated portfolio
• Selling complex Communications solutions and where applicable mixing with Managed and Professional Services and transformational strategies
• Support Direct Sales and Partners during the opportunity lifecycle
• Support presales with product-specific content and supervises proposal elaboration, pricing and delivery strategy
• Knowledge sharing and replication with pears through the Americas region
Skills / Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience of selling Complex Communications Solutions (UC/UcaaS, Cloud Contact Center/CCaaS, Public Safety, Mission Critical Communications, Trading Turrets...)
• Experience positioning complex communications solutions in one or more Industry Verticals
• Confident and ambitious team player with the ability to self-generate new business
• Strong interpersonal skill convey and inspire change
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Highly experienced in customer facing presentation skills and confident in both on-line and customer facing demonstrations
• Saleforce.com experience and proficiency, desired
