Key responsibilities for the role of the Genius Within Internship include:

  • Produce regular and bespoke reports
  • Reports contain data from Excel and other sources alongside commentary and are usually presented in PowerPoint
  • Undertake root cause analysis of Service Desk Incidents and Nexthink outputs
  • You will receive training on root cause analysis and Nexthink
  • Nexthink monitors users’ digital experience and provides data for analysis
  • Identify indicators to enable proactive fix of issues; fix it before the user knows
  • Attend customer meetings to present information
  • You will be supported by experienced colleagues
  • Liaise with internal support teams to implement solutions to root causes
  • Contribute to Continual Service Improvement discussions
  • Customers expect service to evolve and improve; your ideas will help

 

We are looking for:

  • Previous knowledge of Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Someone that wants to improve customer experience by challenging existing services
  • Someone with an open mind
  • Someone that enjoys problem solving
  • E.g.: Understanding why a system is not working
  • Someone that enjoys analysis and trend spotting
  • Someone that likes to learn and apply new knowledge
  • Someone that is happy to express their opinion in a safe environment
  • Someone that wants to work with a diverse group of free thinkers that are comfortable expressing their thoughts, feelings and opinions and who welcome the ideas of colleagues
