Our Apprenticeship Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while developing essential skills for a long-term career in Digital AI.
Over the course of 16 months, you’ll engage in a blend of structured workplace and theoretical classroom-based learning, and, where applicable, practical experience.
As a Digital & AI Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced automation and AI professionals, supporting day-to-day activities such as analysing processes, preparing documentation, helping with low-complexity automation tasks, and learning how automation and AI technologies operate within enterprise environments.
Location: London, Birmingham, Crewe
Start Date: February 2026
BPSS clearance: required or eligibility essential.
What You’ll Get:

What You Will Do:
- Support Automation Delivery: Help gather requirements from teams and stakeholders under supervision.
- Learn & Apply Digital / AI Skills: - Learn good practices around data quality, testing, basic scripting concepts and workflow logic.
- Operational & Admin Support: Assist with meeting notes, RAID logs, and simple reporting activities.
- Collaboration - Work closely with automation developers, project managers, and account teams.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Enthusiastic team players with a desire to learn and grow
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Interest in technology, automation, AI, or digital processes.
- Willingness to learn with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (with curiosity to grow into automation and AI concepts).
