About the Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispute Resolution Intern to support our Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Risk Management, and Insurance team for a six-month internship.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international legal environment.

As part of the Group Legal & Contract Management team, you will report directly to the Head of Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Risk Management, and Insurance.

Your key responsibilities :

• Assisting with the administration of litigation cases in the management system, collaborating with local counsel, and ensuring the accuracy of high-risk case entries

• Supporting the preparation of quarterly reports by gathering and organizing relevant case information.

• Summarizing case developments concisely for audit, finance, and insurance purposes.

 • Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes relevant to dispute resolution and providing updates to the team.

• Assisting in the development of global policies and best practices.

• Keeping internal policy documents up to date.

• Conducting legal research for internal training sessions on topics such as dispute resolution, clause drafting, and document retention.

Your profile :

• You are a trainee lawyer holding a Master’s degree in Law (Bac+5) with strong academic credentials.
• You have prior professional experience in litigation and/or arbitration.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
• You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring the accurate management of complex legal matters.
• You possess excellent legal drafting abilities.
• You are proactive and capable of working in an international and dynamic legal environment.
