Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the USA, IN, MEA, Brasil
  • Identify, attract, and engage top talent through sourcing, referrals, branding initiatives, and career events
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define the ideal candidate profiles
  • Be the face of Atos for candidates — guiding them through every stage of their journey, from first contact to offer
  • Build strong relationships with remote hiring teams and provide trusted recruitment expertise
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of quality candidates while ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging your knowledge of the tech talent market
  • Foster and expand networks within the Technology space to attract exceptional professionals

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Up to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition — experience in Technology recruitment is a must
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Strong communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to build relationships across borders
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable mindset — you can thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • A results-driven attitude, curiosity for the talent market, and genuine passion for recruitment
  • This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Sofia but also the option of home office during the week
