Context: Within the TS (Technical &Services) practice, our teams take charge of all or part of our customers' information systems with optimization and industrialization objectives. They operate and maintain in operational condition the communication infrastructures (networks, servers, printing peripherals and storage tools) and the computer park.  

You have acquired significant experience on an agile project management tool (Jira, confluence, Kanban, etc) with ideally a start in technical development. 


Your missions: 

Operationally manage and lead the agile team (Daily Scrum meeting, Sprint meeting, Retrospective, demo)  

Monitoring of KPIs and reporting on the efficiency of the teams and the organization. 

Assist and advise the Product Owner in the qualification of items and the definition of the scope of sprints in accordance with velocity and capacity. 

Ensures the implementation and respect of agile practices.  

Participate in the prioritization of the backlog and the planning of future sprints. 

Leads the team in identifying solutions to problems they encounter.  

Communicate the progress of the project and raise alerts. 

You have a degree from an engineering school and at least 2 years of experience. 


You have good interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills.  

You know how to manage crisis and incident situations in a changing environment.  

Accustomed to working in agile, you are curious, proactive, constantly on the lookout, passionate and you know the main issues of the functional business of the customers.  

A Scrum Master certification would be a plus.
