You will be part of the Big Data Global Business Line (GBL) in charge of developing Big Data infrastructure solutions, delivering high performance, ultra-reliable and cost optimized platforms for Enterprise customers that needs to extract more values from the fast-growing volume of data generated by Enterprise applications. The Big data GBL is today composed of four main Businesses: 

-    High End Platforms (BullSequanaS, Escala and Appliances) to deliver highly scalable x86 and IBM Power servers and appliances for SAP Hana, Databases, Datalake and large virtualization environment. This platforms is also sold and used by Google and Azure for their most critical customers.

-    Mainframe, IT Modernization to deliver new capacities to existing Bull GCOS customers as well as solution to migrate customers from IBM Mainframe to Open architecture through a set of Software products (Liber TP, TPU, Cobol….) 
-    Datalake, Edge Computing and AI Solutions to deliver Computer Vision and Data Analytics at the edge solutions by combining ATOS Hardware with Industrial Software vendors targeting these use cases. 
-    Big Data Services in France and US delivering Big data consulting, implementation services 


A set of transversal teams including Global Support, Program Management, Marketing, Operations are supporting these three business Units. 


The mission of business developer for this activity is to enable the High-End Platforms sales community by providing them all the support they need to engage customers, develop sales channels and close new business with existing and new customers. This includes Solution sales playbook creation and presentation, product, services and solutions pricing, support for key customer engagement and creation of a strong channel and partners to Cosell with. 
The role of the Business Developer is also critical to collect from all the countries the status on their sales engagement, the up-to-date sales forecast so that we focus Business development priorities on business closure. 
The High-End Servers are focusing on Horizontal solutions (Oracle, Datalake, AI, SAP Hana) that are delivering solution to all industries based on the customers Global IT and Data strategy. The business development team (3 persons) are addressing all the industries and RBUs led accounts managers and sales to create custom solutions, push for pipeline generation and sales closing. 


The key tasks that will have to be performed by the Business developer are the following:


-    Create, maintain, communicate to the Sales teams in the countries all the product sales playbook, value proposition, customer presentation and demo kits
-    Maintain and deliver special pricing request to the countries and partners sales teams
-    Engage directly with the local sales team for strategic, complex customers 
-    Propose, setup and attend to key customer events
-    Build strong sales partnerships and channels to boost the High-End Platforms Solutions sales by working Global partnership with Global Resellers (Dell, Hitachi…) that can be used by the countries to boost their sales
-    Maintain an up-to-date outlook and forecast for the on-going quarter and semester
-    Monitor Pipeline growth and qualify opportunities to focus BU sales support effort on most qualified opportunities. 
-    Contribute to the High-End Platforms solutions strategy and roadmap definition by providing customer and partner feedback on existing sales and requested improvements. 
The success of the business developer will be the growth in Order Entry (OE) and its alignment with the budget assigned to the Big Data and High-End Platforms activity. 


Your Profile :


More than 15 years of experience in new technologies sales or business development, the candidate profile is a mix of sales background in Compute, Data Management, AI or Big Data Analytics products, business acumen and willingness to sell new solutions by focusing on value add and product differentiation.  The candidate needs to be able to present and promote solutions differentiators, qualify opportunities and put in place strong Go to market through relevant partners. 
This position offers a perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial person to participate to the success  of BullSequanaS and all the associated solutions addressing the fast growing high end server markets, selling to very large Hyperscalers (Google, MS Azure, AWS), direct customers (large companies) in a strong , agile and very innovative international team.   
Technology passionate, customer oriented, results driven, business focused with an excellent communication skill are the main criteria to be successful in this position. Capacity to work in a matrix international environment is also very important.
