1. Kubernetes and container technology: Gain a deep understanding of the Kubernetes platform and related ecosystems, including container technologies such as Docker. I have rich experience and profound understanding in Kubernetes architecture, resource management, network configuration, service discovery, and other areas.
2. Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools, able to design and implement automated build, testing, and deployment processes such as Jenkins, Github, Azure DevOps, etc., and able to integrate with Kubernetes environments.
3. Cloud platform and infrastructure: Familiar with public cloud (Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS) and private cloud environments, and have relevant infrastructure management experience. Understand cloud native technology and be able to deploy and manage Kubernetes in different cloud environments.
4. Programming and scripting languages: Possess good programming skills, proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, Shell, etc. Ability to write automated scripts and tools to simplify deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
5. Monitoring and Logging: With experience in monitoring and logging management, familiar with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc., and able to configure and manage related monitoring and logging systems.
6. Troubleshooting and optimization: Capable of troubleshooting and system optimization, able to quickly locate and solve problems in the production environment, and optimize system performance.
7. Teamwork and Communication: Good teamwork and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with development teams, operations teams, etc., to drive project progress and improvement.
8. Security awareness: Possess security awareness and be able to design and implement secure containers and Kubernetes environments, including security measures such as identity authentication, access control, and network isolation.
9. Continuous learning: Maintain continuous attention and learning on new technologies and industry dynamics, and be able to quickly adapt and apply new technologies and tools.
10. Architects related to Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, K8s, DevOps, containers, networks, etc. Certification, such as Huawei Cloud Service Solutions Architect (priority), Alibaba Cloud ACP series, AWS SAP/DEP/ANS, Azure AZ305, AZ400, Kubernetes CKA/CKS
