Position: Automotive Client Exertive Partner
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Account Lead to lead the account strategy and plan for automotive clients and drive automotive clients’ programs from inception through completion. This position identifies and grows existing and new automotive client relationships across the full range of Atos’ services to achieve account revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
- Grow existing automotive accounts and develop new accounts in the Region. 
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to automotive accounts.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams, in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company 
- Identify new opportunities and work together with marketing and technical to drive demand creation in key focus area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key account stakeholders and executives cross functionally and be a trusted advisor.
- Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.
- Build trust with clients, managing their expectations with confidence and professionalism

- 与客户建立信任,以专业精神管理他们的期望
Requirements: 
- 10 – 15 years working experience in Automotive market in China and having good relationship with well-known international and local automotive producer.
- At least 10 years business leader or account executive role to cover account sales, bidding, and delivery.
- Having capability to build up and maintain good relationship with customer, identify opportunity and sizable team leading.
- Could handle high pressure to meet finance target in terms of Order Entry, revenue, and margin
- Good English skills in both peaking and written.
-10-15年在中国汽车市场工作经验,并与海外和当地知名汽车生产商保持良好关系。
-至少10年客户主管职位,负责客户销售、投标和交付。
-与客户建立并保持良好的关系,挖掘商机。
-良好的自驱力和抗压能力来达到收入和利润方面的财务目标
-良好的英语听说读写能力。
