Position:Senior Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Implements full cycle SAP projects / roll-outs / enhancements or changes requests in SAP HR area.
• Conducts business requirements and setups workshops as well as provides documentation for configuration, enhancements, test scripts, end user manuals and training reports to customers
• Customizes and applies technical and business requirements in projects with SuccessFactors Application.
• Provides application management supports in any of the following area: SAP HR.
• Provides mentoring and knowledge sharing to colleagues and junior consultants

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or Software Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-4 year experience in SuccessFactors with overall 10 year experience in SAP HR.
• At least 2 full cycle implementations/upgrades
• Experienced in project implementation for at least 2 full cycles
• Excellent communication skills and customer relationship skills
• Good communication in English and Thai
• Willing to travel abroad or upcountry for training, seminars and workshops
