Position:SAP Consultant

Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP landscapes, ensuring optimal system performance, availability, and security.

Leadership role in SAP technical project implementations, system upgrades, migrations, and support activities while mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP System Administration: Manage SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP RISE, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Upgrades & Migrations: Lead and execute SAP system upgrades (ECC to EHP8, ECC to S/4HANA), OS/DB migrations, and cloud transitions.

- HANA Database Administration: Perform database tuning, backup/recovery, and troubleshooting for SAP HANA.

- Infrastructure & OS Management: Work with SUSE Linux, Windows Server, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- SAP Solution Manager & Cloud ALM: Implement and optimize SAP Solution Manager (Monitoring) and SAP Cloud ALM for proactive system management.

- Security & Compliance: Ensure system security, SAP patching, and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior Basis consultants, provide technical training, and act as a team lead in Basis-related projects.

- AMS Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption.

- Collaboration & Communication: Work with functional teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver SAP solution

• Primarily focused on project implementation, with occasional AMS support
• SAP upgrade experience ( ECC to ECC EHP8, S4/HANA, SAP RISE)
• HANA Database Administrator
• SAP Solution Manager/SAP Cloud ALM
• SUSE/Windows Server
• Strong leadership to act as Basis team lead
