Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Fully manages PISA change requests with GIT: from initiation to implementation phase (KOT creation, modification & deactivation; Group creation & membership upkeep requests etc.)
• Design and optimize HR workflows aligned with organizational policies (task creation/approval flows) and SLA governance
• Participate in platform upgrades and testing activities; optimize lifecycle events and build, test & deploy HR service catalog items (KOTs – kind of tickets).
• Collaborate with stakeholders from GSSC Operations; GIT; CoE to understand requirements and obtain sign offs. Prepare regular update reports.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates
• Build SNOW reports for the purposes of GSSC Operations
Required profile:
• At least 3 years of previous experience with Service Now
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in/with HR processes would be an advantage
• Prince 2 or other relevant project management certification is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
