Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant 

 

Role Purpose

Design, configure, and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery to improve employee experience and HR operations across UK/NL‑aligned engagements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize HR workflows, SLAs, and service catalog items; maintain HR knowledge and content.
  • Implement HRSD capabilities such as Case & Knowledge, Employee Center, Onboarding & Transitions, Journey Management, and Universal Request.
  • Administer the platform (changes, upgrades, ATF/testing), and publish HR dashboards/Performance Analytics.
  • Partner on behalf of the HR Shared Services with Local IT  teams for requirements, sign‑offs, and progress updates.
  • Leverage AI Search, Virtual Agent/NLU, and Now Intelligence to drive deflection and faster resolution.

 

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CSA with hands‑on HRSD configuration (case/KB, catalog, lifecycle events, roles/ACLs).
  • Solid HR process knowledge (onboarding, employee relations, policy & knowledge management).
  • Experience with reports/dashboards and Performance Analytics.
  • Familiarity with change control and documentation; ITIL preferred.

 

Experience & Work Setup

  • 10 + years total experience with 2–5 years in HRSD (adjust as needed for level).
  • Pune/ Mumbai/Blore based (hybrid) with overlap to CET/US timings

 

Nice to Have

  • CIS–HR, Employee Center/Universal Request, Journey Management, Mobile (Now Mobile/Agent), Predictive Intelligence/Virtual Agent.
