SailPoint IIQ Lead/Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and administration, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions across SailPoint IIQ modules, including Provisioning, Access Certifications, Role Management, and Policy Enforcement, while developing and maintaining integrations, workflows, rules, and custom IAM solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ components including:
    • Provisioning
    • Access Certifications
    • Role Management
    • Policy Enforcement
  • Develop and maintain SailPoint connectors, workflows, forms, rules, and custom integrations.
  • Build and support REST API integrations with internal and external applications.
  • Develop BeanShell and Java-based custom rules within SailPoint.
  • Perform installation, configuration, deployment, upgrades, and patching of SailPoint IIQ.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IAM solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
  • Support application maintenance, enhancements, and development activities.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

  • 11+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Development.
  • Minimum 7+ years of dedicated experience with SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience in developing:
    • SailPoint Workflows
    • Rules (BeanShell/Java)
    • Forms
    • Connectors
    • Custom Integrations
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Access Management concepts.
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and web service integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
