SENIOR PI/PO CONSULTANT

Requirements:

• 10+ Years IT experience and 8+ relevant years of experience in PI\PO SAP PI/PO - experience on working with SAP PI and PO module with good domain experince
• Should have indepth knowledge of All Adapters Likw File,IDOC,SOAP,JDBC,REST.
• Hands on experience in Both development and support work
• Good customer handling experience.
• Experice on finding RCA for the failures and follow process to fix issues.
• Good knowledge in CPI Provide 24x7 on call support and hence she Should be open to work in shifts and On call tickets
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with functional and Technical teams to fix issues faster.
• Good hands on experience in support clients Hands on experience in all adapters like FILE,IDOC,RFC,SOAP,REST

• Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and also in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Adept at understanding customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution and communicating process and resolution effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Considerable ability to interpret technical procedures to customers.
