Product Manager – AI in Digital Workplace (DWP)
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) or Chennai (Siruseri) or Pune (Talawade) or Mumbai (Airoli (West).

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and drive the AI and Agentic AI vision for Atos’ Digital Workplace (DWP) services offerings. This role owns the product roadmap, value narrative, and market positioning for AI-enabled workplace offerings—spanning Service Desk, End User Computing, Collaboration, Digital Experience, and Workplace Operations.
The Product Manager will work closely with AI architects and delivery teams who support the underlying technical strategy, while this role focuses on vision, prioritization, road mapping, and client engagement. Success is measured by solution developed, roadmap achievement, solution adoption, client impact, and differentiation. The candidate will need to bring enterprise level agentic capabilities to our Digital Workplace customers. We already have more than 25+ AI agents in our backlog, and looking at more use cases that can be rapidly brought to our customer environments to drive autonomy, improve quality, increase speed to delivery and ultimately achieve the vision our customers and the market has been waiting for
Core Responsibilities:
AI roadmap for Atos’ Digital Workplace offerings
Own the AI and Agentic AI vision across Atos Digital Workplace services, including Service Desk, EUC, Collaboration, Digital Employee Experience, and Workplace Operations. Position AI as a core driver of productivity, experience, and cost efficiency across the portfolio. Ensure the vision aligns with Atos strategy, market trends, and client transformation priorities.
Roadmap Ownership Across DWP Services
Define and maintain an integrated, multi-horizon AI roadmap across all Digital Workplace service lines. Prioritize high-impact use cases such as agentic Service Desk, workplace copilots, AI-driven experience insights, and operational automation. Clearly communicate sequencing, trade-offs, and value to senior stakeholders and clients.
Client Engagement & Executive Storytelling
Act as a primary product voice in client and executive engagements for AI-enabled Digital Workplace offerings. Present AI roadmaps, demos, and future-state visions to CXO audiences, supporting pursuits, renewals, and transformations. Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, outcome-focused narratives that build credibility and confidence.
Agentic AI Use-Case Definition for Workplace Services
Define where and how agentic AI enhance core workplace workflows, including Service Desk interactions, knowledge access, device support, and collaboration. Set experience-level requirements for autonomy, human-in-the-loop controls, and trust. Partner with architects and UX teams to guide solution design without owning technical implementation.
Responsible AI & Adoption at Enterprise Scale
Embed responsible AI principles into product vision and roadmap decisions to ensure enterprise readiness. Drive adoption strategies covering change management, enablement, and measurable outcomes across clients. Ensure AI solutions enhance employee trust, service quality, and experience.
Stakeholder Alignment & Portfolio Performance
Serve as the central point of alignment across Digital Workplace leadership, architects, delivery, and go-to-market teams. Track success through adoption, Service Desk deflection, experience scores (XLAs), productivity impact, and client satisfaction. Provide clear updates to senior leadership and refine strategy based on performance and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of product management experience in AI, Digital Workplace, IT services, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong experience owning product vision, roadmaps, and client-facing narratives.
- Solid understanding of Digital Workplace services such as Service Desk, EUC, Collaboration, and DEX.
- Conceptual knowledge of AI products (copilots, agentic workflows, RAG) sufficient to guide strategy and prioritization.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with AI-enabled Service Desk or workplace automation at scale.
- Background in consulting, managed services, or global enterprise delivery models.
- Familiarity with ITSM, XLAs, and Digital Employee Experience platforms.
- Experience working with architects and platform teams rather than owning technical delivery.
- Agile or product management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic, SAFe).
