Senior Technical Consultant – Risk & Security - ServiceNow - (Global Role)

 

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Risk & Security Consultant to design, implement, and enhance enterprise-scale ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations (SecOps) solutions. In this global role, you will work closely with senior business and security leaders to deliver secure, scalable, AI-enabled solutions that help organizations strengthen risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and operational resilience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps solutions from discovery through deployment and support.
  • Configure and implement capabilities across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Operational Risk, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Design scalable workflows, integrations, dashboards, reporting, and automation aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, CISOs, risk and compliance teams, SOC leaders, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop integrations with security, identity, CMDB, asset management, SIEM, SOAR, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
  • Drive technical governance, solution quality, security compliance, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor teams and contribute to reusable accelerators, solution assets, and pre-sales activities.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with strong expertise in GRC/IRM and/or Security Operations.
  • Experience delivering multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, cybersecurity, incident response, vulnerability management, and enterprise operating models.
  • Solid ServiceNow development and integration skills including JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with CMDB, identity systems, vulnerability scanners, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and security tools.
  • Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with executives, security leaders, and technical stakeholders.

 

Certifications

  • Mandatory: Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as:
    • CIS – Risk & Compliance
    • CIS – Security Incident Response
    • CIS – Vulnerability Response
  • Minimum of 3 ServiceNow CIS certifications preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional certifications such as CSA, CAD, CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or equivalent.
  • Experience with frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOC 2, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, and related standards.
  • Prior consulting and technical leadership experience.
