ROLE DESC -- Key Skills - Required ► Mainframe: Control-M,CA7 ► Basics: z/OS mainframe background with knowledge on Control-M,CA7, JCL The ability to confidently diagnose and correct issues with customers application schedules. Liaison with account and customer to understand and implement required changes • Interfaces with customers and management as primary point of contact regarding production batch schedules - Ability to support on production system and feasible for the 24/7 environment - Good Knowledge on TSO, Mainframe, SDSF.TBC
