EUCA Analyst

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) or Chennai (Siruseri) or Pune (Talawade) or Mumbai (Airoli (West).

Type of Hire: Full-Time

 Min: 7+ yrs

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink (Finder, Investigations, Alerts, Dashboards, Campaigns)
  • Solid expertise in Windows OS and EUC troubleshooting
  • Proven experience in proactive end point monitoring and performance analytics
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based operations (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Improvement)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in large enterprise or global environments
  • Knowledge of endpoint security, patching, or device management tools
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience integrating Nexthink with ITSM tools
