We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Product Manager to lead cross-portfolio initiatives and develop integrated go-to-market (GTM) offerings across the Digital Workplace portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving pan-workplace themes that span multiple service towers, such as Smart Office, Sovereign Workplace, Frontline Worker solutions, and industry-specific workplace offerings.
The role requires a strong understanding of the Digital Workplace market, the ability to collaborate with tower-specific product managers, and the capability to shape differentiated offerings that address emerging client needs and market trends.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Workplace Portfolio Development
- Lead the development of cross-portfolio Digital Workplace initiatives that integrate capabilities across multiple service towers.
- Define and evolve pan-workplace solution themes such as Smart Office, Sovereign Workplace, Frontline Worker enablement, and industry-specific workplace offerings.
- Analyze market trends, client requirements, and competitive positioning to identify new opportunities for differentiated Digital Workplace solutions.
- Collaborate with tower product managers (e.g., endpoint management, virtual workplace, service desk, collaboration, security) to build integrated offerings and solution frameworks.
Go-to-Market and Offering Development
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cross-portfolio Digital Workplace offerings.
- Create solution narratives, value propositions, and industry-specific positioning aligned with client priorities and market demand.
- Support sales and solution teams with offering enablement, competitive positioning, and deal support for strategic opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and portfolio leadership to communicate the value and differentiation of Digital Workplace offerings.
Portfolio Management
- Define and maintain the roadmap for pan-workplace initiatives aligned with overall Digital Workplace strategy.
- Coordinate with product managers across towers to ensure alignment of roadmap priorities and delivery timelines.
- Monitor portfolio performance and adoption of new offerings, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, opportunities, and risks related to cross-portfolio initiatives.
Ecosystem and Innovation
- Track emerging workplace technologies, industry trends, and evolving client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to integrate new capabilities such as AI-driven workplace solutions, smart environments, and digital employee experience platforms.
- Collaborate with internal innovation teams and external partners to accelerate development of next-generation workplace offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Digital Workplace domains such as endpoint management, virtual desktops, collaboration platforms, service desk, employee experience, and workplace analytics.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and integrated service offerings.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
