DWP - Portfolio Manager

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) or Chennai (Siruseri) or Pune (Talawade) or Mumbai (Airoli (West).

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our Service Operations and Data Warehouse Platform (DWP) initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service operations to ensure efficient delivery and support of services, as well as overseeing the DWP to facilitate effective data management and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day service operations to ensure high-quality delivery and support across all services.
• Develop and implement operational processes, policies, and best practices to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with IT and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

DWP Management:

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Data Warehouse Platform, ensuring it meets the organization's data management and reporting needs.
• Work with data analysts and stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data integrity and quality.
• Implement and manage data governance practices to ensure compliance with data policies and regulations.
• Oversee the integration of data sources and ensure efficient data processing and storage.

Portfolio Management:

• Create and execute a strategic roadmap for service operations and DWP initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the portfolio.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on portfolio performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous service enhancement and data platform optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in service operations management and data platform management, preferably within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, tools, and technologies (e.g., ETL processes, SQL, BI tools).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
