DWP - Portfolio Manager - Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) or Chennai (Siruseri) or Pune (Talawade) or Mumbai (Airoli (West).

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UEM solutions to ensure the efficient deployment, security, and management of all endpoints across the organization, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IoT devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Unified Endpoint Management:

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of UEM solutions to enhance endpoint management across the organization.
• Develop and enforce policies and best practices for endpoint configuration, security, and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze endpoint performance metrics to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues.

Portfolio Management:

• Create and execute a strategic roadmap for UEM initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the UEM portfolio.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on portfolio performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous enhancement of UEM services.

Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate and implement UEM solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors to ensure the best value for the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UEM to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in unified endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and endpoint security.
• Strong understanding of UEM tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace ONE, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
