Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GTS 11.0 implementations and support activities, including end-to-end design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post–go-live support across compliance, customs, and preference management.
• Configure and manage trade compliance processes such as Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening, embargo checks, legal control, license determination, and license filing for both export and import transactions.
• Design and execute customs and preference management solutions, including commodity code classification, duty calculation, trade agreement handling, and rules of origin determination.
• Manage integration between SAP GTS and feeder systems (SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA), ensuring accurate and seamless data flow for sales, procurement, and logistics processes.
• Provide user support, training, and workshops, including master data management, upload programs (SPL lists, commodity codes, preference data), issue resolution, and knowledge transfer to business users.

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Experience in Implementation and Support for SAP GTS 11.0
• Expertise in : “Compliance: SPL, Embargo and Legal control”, Customs management, Preference management.
• Knowledge of Various Upload programs like SPL List, Master data like commodity codes, preference lists, etc.
• Knowledge on Integration between SAP GTS and feeder systems like SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, etc.
• Should be able to own the design and execution for Compliance, Customs, Risk management, and trade preferences within Compliance management candidate should be able to configure Sanctioned party list screening, embargo checks, Legal control, License determination and filing for export and import.
• Provide support to end users, conduct training and workshops where required.
• Should have led /completed at least two SAP GTS end to end implementations.
