Job Description:
• Drive execution for assigned focus areas within following the centralized AR operating model, ensuring consistency, governance, and scalability across analyst engagements
• Manage end-to-end RFI lifecycle via the layered engagement model, including stakeholder coordination, content quality, customer inclusions, on-time submission, fact check, internal communication, reprint co-ordination across teams
• Support AR Managers to enable reprint readiness and activation in collaboration with Marketing to maximize external visibility and impact
• Follow AI-driven RFI optimization for assign focus are, reducing manual effort and improving response consistency and speed
• Ensure all analyst engagements are aligned with the Global AR principles and messaging frameworks
• Coordinate and support analyst briefings, inquiries, and strategic engagements and analyst events
• Ensure systematic capturing and summarized analyst insights to be shared with the business, sales, and marketing via the reporting process
• Track analyst rankings, mentions, and external positioning outcomes for assigned focus area and ensure up-to-date content is available on all internal channels
• Maintain content repositories and reusable knowledge assets for assigned focus area
• Act as a central coordination point for stakeholders, improving collaboration, responsiveness, and accountability
• Ensures analyst interactions are logged-in to ARchitect – analyst data base
