Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop the conceptual, logical, and physical data models, data warehouse designs, and overall BI system architecture. Strategy & Vision: Guide the organization's BI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility

 .Requirements:

• Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data from various source systems into the BI platform.
• Tool Selection: Evaluate and choose appropriate BI tools, platforms, and technologies (like Power BI, Tableau).
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce data standards, security policies, quality, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders and IT teams to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure BI systems are performant, scalable, and reliable.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers, analysts, and developers.
• Reporting & Visualization: Define standards for dashboards, reports, and data visualization to ensure clarity and actionability. Innovation: Stay updated on emerging BI trends and technologies to continuously improve capabilities
• Work Experience – 11-16 YRS Shift timings-  2 PM  to 11 PM IST
