Role: AWD Developer
Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai

Skills Required:
1. Hands on Expertise in AWD Core Development covering the topics of Interfaces with AWD, Web Services, AWD frontend javascript, AWD MI Analytics Reporting 
2. 5-10 years of knowledge and solid experience of process mapping and business process reengineering using BPMN standard 
3. 1-2 years’ working experience in software design, development and testing in a global environment is an advantage 
4. Working experience with the vendor product “BusinessOptix” & “ActiveOps” is an advantage.

Description:
1. Work closely with customer operation users, internal IT parties, external IT parties and external vendors to analyze business requirements and provide viable solutions 
2. Understand the business model, direction and strategy. Capture the business process, use cases and workflow underneath with the support and guidance from Product and Service Delivery 
3. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs 
4. Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements 
5. Compile user stories and requirements via in depth analysis, including workflow, data, platform features and external specification analysis 
6. Design and develop Workflow solutions using vendor product AWD according to BPMN and group standards, and ensure that solutions developed are consistent with the agreed HSS workflow strategy 
7. Implement the workflow solutions and rollouts over the full delivery life cycle, ensure a high quality of deliverables and prepare documents for compliance as well as audit checking 
8. Estimate resources for workflow enhancement, and coordinate with IT parties and vendors to accomplish change objectives according to customer delivery standards and best practices 
9. Investigate functional issues and gaps during iterative build or test process 
10. Arrange user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliverables, and support business to complete user functional testing 
11. Provide on-going support and maintenance on existing workflow solutions Essential Experience (in order of importance)
