Hiring: HR Generalist / HR Business Partner @ Bull

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end HR operations while acting as a trusted partner to business leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
  • Drive HR operations, employee documentation, and policy implementation
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and full & final settlements
  • Ensure statutory compliance and labour law adherence
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
  • Support organizational changes and provide HR insights through reporting and analytics
  • Manage vendor relationships for HR-related services

 

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 6-9 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles
  • Strong payroll and statutory compliance expertise
  • Good understanding of Indian labour laws
  • Experience in startups or high-growth organizations is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, build scalable processes, and influence stakeholders
