Job Responsibilities

The Changeman Promotion Support role for Office Depot and Franklin Templeton has overall responsibility for assisting client with requests to move code from test, dev or QA to Prod environment and for software administration for Changeman software on the mainframe. Should have experience with latest Changeman versions

Technical Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Changeman code promotion and software administration.
  • Must have experience in problem resolution; including on-call as required, experience with supporting code promotion activity using Changeman.
  • Activities Support client Changeman requests to schedule the migration to move code from Test or Development environments on the mainframe into Production.
  • Promote Changeman packages or releases to unit and development levels, then provide the final approval for installation to production Support Disaster Recovery test for Clients.
  • Configure and test Changeman code promotion software during new installations or upgrades.
  • Monitor ticket queue and take appropriate action via ATOS and client's ITSM tool for all request, incident and problem tickets.
  • Respond to and comply with escalation policies for high severity incidents Drive problems to resolution to achieve the (SLA) service level agreements.
  • Assist team members with the (RCA) root cause analysis of problems.
  • Support new business transitions. Requires participation in 24 x 7 on call rotation during after-hours and weekends Participate in testing of all patching and upgrades to Changeman software Additional must have skills Work during US Business Hours is required.
