We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic team member who will join us as a full-time System Support Specialist and work as part of our team in Ankara.  

Technical Requirements  

  • Proven 3+ years of work experience in system administration
  • B.Sc. or B.A. degree, preferably B.Sc. from engineering departments or relevant
  • Desirable experience in line with the ITIL methodology:
    • Microsoft Windows server-based operating systems implementation, maintenance, administration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
    • Microsoft Windows client-based operating systems implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
    •  Virtualization and containerization
    • Industry-standard servers and blade systems architectures
    • Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Networking Services
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Microsoft Exchange Server
    • Microsoft SharePoint Server
    • Microsoft Team Foundation Server
    • Microsoft System Center Family
    • Monitoring systems
    • Endpoint protection systems
  • Nice-to-have experience:
    • Linux based operating systems implementation, maintenance, administration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
    • Storage (SAN/NAS) systems
    • Backup systems
    • Antivirus systems
    • Troubleshooting and problem resolution in a secured network environment
    • Technical support according to regulations, preferably in in defence teams


  • Take responsibility for various IT systems (server, storage, backup, virtualization, etc.)
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain IT systems and system management tools
  • Manage and monitor installed systems
  • Proactively ensure the highest level of service availability in a production environment
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support
  • Maintain a proactive view on capacity and performance of IT systems
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to identify and mitigate performance flaws
  • Enable automation
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards
  • Maintain installation and configuration procedures
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
  • Maintain operational, configurational, and other procedures
  • Maintain topology, inventory, and service specification documents
  • Follow and maintain the standards and the regulations in the respected area
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Keep software license list and hardware inventory of the assigned systems up to date
  • Report to management regularly about systems as required
  • Perform other relevant duties as required

  • Very good command of both written and oral English (KPDS/YDS:75, TOEFL iBT: 80, CEFR B2 or equivalent)
  • No restrictions for travelling abroad temporarily
  • Completed military service for male candidates
  • Having a valid National Security Clearance from Ministry of National Defence, Turkey, is a plus
