Project and Service Delivery Manager

 

Atos CS has been providing Business Process Outsourcing services, including call center and document processing, since 1997. Call center services are provided not only in Turkey, but also in global projects with languages varying from Western European languages to Arabic and Russian. Currently operating in three locations -İstanbul, Ordu and Düzce- with 1,300 employees, Atos CS has reached remarkably high levels in contract renewals thanks to its successful results in customer evaluations.

 

We are looking for a “Project & Service Delivery Manager” for our Client Management team based in İstanbul.

 

Job Description 

 

  • Providing communication with business units within the organization on issues such as technical infrastructure, legal and financial processes, human resources during the activation phase of the projects
  • Realization of contract management
  • Analyzing customer demands and complaints, providing optimum solution by directing the relevant units in the organization
  • Ensuring calibration between operations management and customer
  • Monitoring the financial status and profitability of the projects for which it is responsible,
  • Following all kinds of financial issues that may affect the project costs and preparing the financial "forecast"
  • Ensuring the coordination of audit processes, following the actions taken regarding the audit outputs
  • Managing customer relations in a way that will create potential opportunities and increase service capacity, achieving the targeted growth volume

 

General Skills And Attributes

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree, ideally in Project Management compatible discipline.
  • Proven 5+ years of work experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager
  • Possess PMP certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Fluent in English and German
