The role of the PMO Assistant (Project Management Office Assistant) is to support day-to-day operations of the Project Management Office and ensure excellent PMO process adherence.
Focusing on customer task and activities with the Project Managers/TPLs to guarantee the quality and success of the project,
Focusing to support with collecting and challenge all income centralized data incl. supporting all required activities from other departments,
Customer facing and fully supporting the Program Manager/ Program Director / PMO Management
Aligning and  driving with the customer PMO all incoming activities and documentations
Follow up on all ongoing activities to customer
SPOC (Single Point of Contact)for Risk/ Change Management. Control and supporting the PMO - Lead
Keep all incoming reports/activities and requirements under track
Requirements to the FTE:
German Mandatory & English Mandatory
High communication / documentation skills
Junior and senior candidates can apply
PMO knowledge and strong communication skills (towards Project Managers /TPL/SDMs and customer)
Working under time pressure (but flexible)
Define priority activities and align accordingly with the PM/PD
