As an SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant at Atos you’ll be part of our global SAP team of over 13,000 SAP professionals in 42 countries. 

Within Atos Netherlands we are currently expanding our SAP Practice and are looking for an enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors Consultant consultant to join our team.


The role

Of course, we don’t need to tell you what a SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant does, but we can tell you about SAP the Atos way. Many of our current projects entail transforming existing SAP landscapes to S4 via our own platform Canopy or our partner’s hybrid cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Platform and Amazon). From an HR perspective the team works on the cutting-edge building and delivering of next-generation HR applications and services to our clients. As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you will use your extensive HR process knowledge and experience to help our clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today. It’s a challenging role that will vary with each different project, but fundamentally you will be involved in the presales, design, specification, build, test and/or go-live phases of SAPSuccessFactors at each client.

Some recent projects included:

· Implementation of SF Employee Central at a finance company

· Implementation of a hybrid SAP and SuccessFactors HR and Talent Management solution

· Implementation at airline company of SF Employee Profile, P&G, C&B

· Managing SF Learning, Recruitment for a chemical company

· Implementing SAP Fiori Time writing App for a chemical company

· Implementing SAP SF P&G, Recruitment, C&B, Learning within Atos for over 100.000 employees!

· In all over 350+ succesfull full life cycle projects

Who are you?

As an experienced SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant you know your skills and we don’t need to bore you with a lengthy list of requirements. In a nutshell;you have a proven project track record within SuccessFactors (1 or 2 projects)


To fit in with your new Atos SAP colleagues you have the same DNA:

· a true consultant: naturally inquisitive, structured and analytical,

· sufficient knowledge of HR business processes and the challenges facing HR today,

· a vibrant SAP network and a feeling for commercial opportunities,

· fluent in both Dutch (required) and English.
