Medior Operational Excellence Consultant


What we are looking for:


The Operational Excellence team of Atos Digital Transformation in the Netherlands consists of 25 consultants that are working together to respond to a variety of strategic, tactical and operational questions.


Our unique methodology is cross-domain and cross-solution oriented with process design as the common factor. We improve customer performance sustainably with our expertise in Process modeling, Value stream mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, Data mining, Industry 4.0, Robotics Automation, Change management and Implementation methods.


Your role at Atos


  • Use your expertise in business process analysis to help the customer achieving their business goals; 
  • Identify bottle necks in business processes; 
  • Improve performances through process optimization;
  • Make processes more cost effective, faster, flawless and more agile.
  • Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes,
  • Support the implementation of business process management systems to help clients improve their business processes and make their digital transformation happen;
  • Train & coach customers and/or internal colleagues in process improvement or new methodologies,
  • Establish and liaise internal and external contacts.


What are we looking for?


A medior business consultant has between 2 and 4 years of professional experience as consultant, project manager or business analyst and takes up responsibilities:


  • as a consultant or strategic advisor (this could be in different sectors like: Financial services, Public Sector, Telecommunication or Manufacturing, Retail and Transport);
  • in Process management, Process modeling and/or Process design (experience with Lean/Six Sigma is a big benefit);
  • in working in multi-disciplinary teams (experience with Agile/Scrum is a big benefit);
  • as an intermediary between the business and the IT teams;
  • a Master’s degree or equivalent in a field that requires analytical skills;
  • the ability to empathize with clients in politically challenging environments;
  • openness, integrity, entrepreneurship and the ambition to be successful;
  • an interest in developments in IT;
  • a broad vision on the market;
  • like networking;
  • good command of the Dutch language.
