We welcome a qualified Junior Legal Counsel (LLM) in the Netherlands to join our Benelux diverse team.

We are looking for a new junior colleague who has obtained LLM degree and is ready to start building a career in an international global IT company. Ideally, your will have started your experience in the IT or Telecommunications sector.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Review, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial and procurement related contracts, collaborating with our commercial, procurement and sales leads
• Advising the business on tender processes and participating in contractual negotiations with a range of customers, suppliers, and partners in different sectors.
• Advising in contract reviews and approval processes
• Advising on public procurement issues, data protection law and TUPE/ARD matters.
• Providing general legal advice to the business

To thrive in this role, you need to personify a rich combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and personal attributes. You also have:

Key skills and experience:

• Qualified legal counsel (LL.B and LL.M) 
• Experience with commercial IT contracts, contract management and dispute related activities will be a strong advantage
• Excellent academic qualifications
• Ability to work independently and deliver and handle personal workload
• Enthusiasm, motivation, flexibility, and proactivity in solving issues
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Good team spirit
• International experience will be an advantage
