Consulting Delivery Lead - Energy & Utilities

 

The Consulting Delivery Lead would be accountable for: (1) the growth of consulting business in Energy and Utilities, (2) quality of allocated vertical consulting offerings. The Energy & Utilities Consulting Delivery Partner owns the development and delivery of consulting business for specific industry segments and/or offerings. The role would be based in The Netherlands or Belgium and will cover the Northern Europe region (Benelux, the Nordics, the UK).

 

Responsibilities:

 

Industry strategy: 

  • Grow our business by growing Consulting and Digital Transformation Services at existing and new clients in this industry.
  • Working with the portfolio and delivery teams and Solution Directors, Managers, Architects from (pre-sales, AWG and Delivery Practices):
  • Contribute to the development of the industry portfolio
  • Lead the identification, definition and evolution of E&U consulting offerings
  • Define the consulting elements of other E&U offerings for allocated industry segments

 

Thought leadership: 

  • Working with E&U marketing and pre-sales:
  • Develop leading industry segment insight, thought leadership and best practice, using deep industry-specific knowledge to understand and anticipate current / future client needs and market trends
  • Create Atos’ brand in the marketplace by creation of market presence and insightful content for allocated industry segment / offerings
  • Lead, represent and collaborate in the industry around proposition domain opportunities and challenges
  • Lead external and internal insight and knowledge shares for the industry segment
  • Develop strong industry networks and collaborations

 

Business development:

  • Connect with clients. Become their trusted advisor. Identify Develop collateral to support sales and proposal development of allocated offerings
  • Support pre-sales, sales and Consulting Market Partners in taking the vertical consulting offerings to market and converting opportunities
  • Provide industry segment and offering knowledge and expertise to support opportunity development / conversion
  • Lead all aspects of review and assurance of all bids including allocated E&U consulting offerings
  • Approve deliverability of bids for allocated offerings

 

Capability development:

  • Define with the team the consulting skills/capabilities/capacity required to drive, sell and deliver allocated E&U consulting offerings
  • Identify and develop vertical partnerships to support global segment growth plans and offering sales and delivery
  • Demonstrate market knowledge to clients, in blogs, and to assist alliance managers in the construction of alliances and partnerships
  • Feed into training, recruitment and growth plans

 

Delivery:

  • Lead / deliver E&U consulting engagements (as Delivery Director, Engagement manager or subject matter expert advisor)
  • Achieve personal utilisation target through roles in client engagements

 

Requirements:

 

At least 5 years of specific experience with at least one of the following:

  • In one or more of Energy and Utilities sub-industries, with good contacts with influencers and decision makers
  • Energy transition: business transformation, enterprise planning, enterprise digital twin, multi-mode energy, Energy management systems
  • Water: drinking water, waste-water treatment, water management quantity and quality
  • Value based maintenance
  • Operational excellence
  • Digital transformation: strategy and insights, edge AI, Data management, Federated learning
  • Security and compliance: digital compliance, IT/OT/IoT Security, Decarbonization
