As a Sales Representative specializing in SAP, you will be instrumental in adopting SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), digital platforms with Hyperscalers, AMS service transformation, and consulting services. Your role involves understanding client challenges and demonstrating how SAP solutions can drive value and competitive advantage.

 

You will own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. Staying ahead of industry trends will position you as a trusted customer partner. This role demands a consultative sales approach, deep SAP expertise, and a strong business focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement: Act as a trusted SAP advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored SAP solutions.
  • Sales execution: Identify, develop, and drive SAP sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with the client's business strategies.
  • Relationship building: Develop strong connections with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Solution expertise: Stay current with the latest SAP advancements, demonstrating deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BTP, AMS, and transformation services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams, solution experts, and account executives to craft compelling proposals and win business.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Educational background: Master's degree in business, Economics, or Information Technology.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • SAP expertise: 5-10 years of experience in SAP sales, business development, or consulting.
  • Communication skills: Strong ability to articulate SAP solutions, present compelling value propositions, and build client trust.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to identify opportunities, drive engagement, and lead SAP sales efforts.
  • Track record of success: Demonstrated ability to close deals, exceed sales targets, and build a strong network within the SAP community.
  • Corporate experience: Familiarity with large enterprise environments and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable SAP solutions.
  • Self-starter & team player: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders.

 

The Team
This dynamic role offers both freedom and responsibility. You will work closely with solution architects, delivery executives, client partners, and account sales executives to successfully sell and implement SAP solutions.
You will report directly to the Sales Director Specialized Sales for Atos and Eviden Belux / Netherlands / Nordics, with a dotted reporting line to the Head of the SAP Business Line Netherlands. While the main office is in Amstelveen, working remotely is flexible.
