Specialized Prince2/Agile Project Manager for Elastic and Dynatrace Implementations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialized Prince2/Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on Elastic and Dynatrace implementations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects that leverage these powerful technologies to deliver exceptional data analytics and observability solutions. You will also engage in consultative selling activities and coordinate processes to ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage Elastic and Dynatrace implementation projects from initiation to closure, utilizing Prince2 and Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing expert advice and tailored solutions that align with their business objectives related to Elastic and Dynatrace technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process Coordination: Coordinate and implement processes related to project management and technology deployment, ensuring that all activities are aligned with best practices and organizational standards.
• Team Management: Build and lead cross-functional project teams, including technical consultants and data analysts, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication among team members.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues specific to Elastic and Dynatrace implementations, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, performance, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary to meet project milestones.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management, Elastic, and Dynatrace technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing Elastic and Dynatrace implementation projects using Prince2 and Agile methodologies.
• Certifications:
  • Required: Prince2 Practitioner certification
  • Preferred: Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Elastic and Dynatrace technologies, as well as project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Consultative Skills: Proven ability to engage clients in consultative selling, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward successful project outcomes.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Familiarity with change management processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps practices is a plus.

As a Specialized Prince2/Agile Project Manager, you will be part of a diverse team of professionals located in the Netherlands, UK & Ireland, and Romania.
