Join us for a Graduate Thesis Internship on Responsible AI and take your academic research to the next level by working on one of today’s most relevant and exciting technology topics. You’ll dive deep into Responsible AI and help us shape how companies can develop and use AI systems that are explainable, ethical, and impactful.

Examples of what you’ll explore:

• Human-Centric AI: How can we design and implement AI that keeps people—not just algorithms—at the center?
• Explainability: How can we make complex AI systems more transparent and understandable?

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic thesis intern who is eager to learn and grow within the field of responsible AI. You don’t need years of experience—just the right mindset and a strong interest in AI.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are you in the final phase of your WO master or HBO bachelor studies in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, (Digital) Business administration or a related field.
• Are available for 4-6 months starting August or September 2025.
• Have working proficiency in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level according to the CEFR).
• Have a proactive, can-do attitude mentality and enjoy working in a team and are not afraid to ask questions.
• Are passionate about shaping how AI can be developed and used responsibly.
• Combine analytical skills with an interest in human behaviour, technology and business strategy.
• Enjoy both deep research and real-world application.
