The types of work and projects undertaken include hardware and software related products, digital security and advanced computing, and high-performance computing (HPC)

This is an opportunity to contribute to the complete renewal of the IT infrastructure of a large government customer and towards making and keeping Dutch society safe. You will be (jointly) responsible for the realization of a complex project in the field of information security that will enable our client to use reliable, secure, future-proof and scalable IT services.

As Lead architect within the Mobile Network services team at customer location (government) you are ultimately responsible for the technical operation (according to functional and non-functional requirements) of all components delivered to the customer. You are used to large, complex environments and get to know the organization well in a short period of time. The role involves the design and implementation of Enterprise and Mobile Network architecture, based on mobile network architecture principles.

Your responsibility:

• Lead and steer in consultation with customers on the content of Mobile Network services, architecture and new features;

• Translate (new) customer wishes and requirements into plans, designs and construction of Mobile Network services;

• Keep Mobile Network services up to date (technical design, documentation, integration with IT operations);

• Integration consultations with other managed IT services;

• Technical consultation with vendors.

Your experience:

• In possession of HBO+ degree or equivalent demonstrable level of education;

• Enterprise and Mobile Network architecture experience;

• Security and/or network experience;

• Strong affinity for infrastructure and security focused on mobile networks;

• Certifications are a plus, such as: TOGAF, CISM, CISSP;

• Written and oral Dutch skills are excellent;

• Self-starter, team player and eager to learn;

• Dutch passport (As this role is involved at a high level of national security, you will be required to obtain B-level security clearance. Such a need requires you to have Dutch Nationality).
