We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating and coaching our Scrum teams to ensure successful and efficient agile delivery. Your main responsibility will be to guide the team through the Scrum process, remove obstacles, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.

Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure the team has a clear understanding of the work to be done.

Remove impediments that may block the team’s progress, ensuring smooth delivery of work.

Promote collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other departments.

Coach the team in agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and continuous improvement.

Monitor and report on team progress, including burndown charts, velocity, and other relevant metrics.

Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution within the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and self-organization within the team.

Support organizational adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including promoting best practices.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to coach and mentor teams to adopt agile practices and improve performance.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.).

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.

Fluent Dutch language.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in software development or IT projects.

Background in other Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.

Strong knowledge of project management, process improvement and willingness to perform Project manager tasks.
