Risk Manager

At #Eviden, we are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our team. As a Senior Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in anticipating, mitigating, and managing risks across bid, contract, and operations phases. Your focus will be on early detection and intervention to protect business objectives, including profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Guide Risk Managers in the risk management activities while planning and implementing the application of appropriate risk management processes, tools and methods in the business.
• Advise teams and management on good risk management practices and risk identification, evaluation and mitigation.
• Advise the management on the treatment of major risks and issues, will support in mitigating and remedying these and will handle escalations of major risk and issues with relevant management levels.
• Assist and guide bid teams in identifying all aspects relevant to a tender. You will assess risks, provide guidance, and support the implementation of appropriate mitigations
• Actively participate in the development of the Group's Risk Management methodology in conjunction with Group Risk Management.
• Deploy and ensure the execution of, and adherence to the Rainbow Delivery process within a business entity a broad portfolio, different type of deals or several local markets as the means to monitor and steer contract performance
  • Appropriate monthly status reporting in a comprehensive and meaningful default structure, providing update status information on the material contracts
  • Regular analysis of the RDD, identifying new and upcoming issues, and aligning appropriate mitigations and corrective actions in Contract Performance Calls, and upfront escalation as required
  • Following up on Action assigned in Contract reviews, safeguarding not only their execution, but also their effectiveness.
• Advise management on actions required to limit the risk exposure
• Ensure effective risk management practices.
• Report on risk efficiency and effectiveness using appropriate KPIs.
• Provide training on contract monitoring and risk management.

Main Requirements:

• Proven experience with Bid and Tender risk management for IT Solutions business
• Previous background in Finance, Project Management or Service Delivery
• Experience in dealing with Bid management, Sales, Finance
• Ability to build network and relationships, very good communication skills
• Being able to keep an independent overview of business risks to help business management prevent these and/or mitigate the occurrence.
• Self – motivated, with excellent time management skills
• Fluency in English and Dutch is needed, proficiency in French is a plus.
