PROGRAM MANAGER

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (Dutch-speaking) Program & Project Manager to join our ambitious and growing team. The Program & Project Manager will play a crucial role in steering complex programs and projects from conception through completion. This position requires a unique blend of leadership, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of various project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Agile frameworks and a proven track record of managing successful programs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•             Lead the planning and implementation of program and project activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and within budget.

•             Apply expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 3.0), Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Agile in Controlled Environments (ACE), DASA DevOps, and SCRUM methodologies to drive project success.

•             Coordinate cross-functional teams across different geographies and cultures, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

•             Monitor and report on program and project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

•             Engage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and effective management of expectations.

•             Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices in program and project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

•             Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.

•             Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 3.0), with substantial experience in applying the framework in complex environments.

•             Certified and experienced in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Agile in Controlled Environments (ACE), DASA DevOps, SCRUM (PSM-I, PSM-II, PAL-I), Agile, and IPMA.

•             A minimum of 5 years experience in program and project management

•             Demonstrable ability to manage large-scale and complex projects with cross-functional teams.

•             Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project objectives.

•             Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•             Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.

A Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
